Client challenge. Unibilt is an authorized home builder, serving the Dayton, Ohio region. Unibilt's greatest appeal to customers is providing them with a quality home at the best possible value. Unibilt was selling itself short, however, by operating without a website and thus carrying no web identity.
what we did
Atomic solution. Atomic built a website that accurately showcased Unibilt as a quality, affordable home builder. Each style of Unibilt home is displayed with photos, floor plans and square footage to give customers an excellent idea of the appearance, layout and size of the home they are considering. Many potential Unibilt customers are unsure of how to get started, or of the process of building a Unibilt home, so a page of the site was devoted to a detailed, step by step list of the steps and procedures that each Unibilt customer will need to undertake in order to purchase and build a Unibilt home. This page is equipped with "Request More Information" and "Contact Us" buttons to encourage interested customers to take a step further in the home building process. An intricate Flash photo gallery was implemented that displays pictures of each type of completed Unibilt home from every possible perspective. The result? Unibilt Homes now has a web identity. New customer leads and overall sales have increased since the site was launched and customer confidence has increased as evidenced by the numerous positive testimonials featured on Unibilt's new site.
