Client challenge. Oregon HotSpring Spas was operating with an outdated and difficult to use website that was holding back the potential of the company. Visitors to the site were typically unable to get a clear picture of all that Oregon Hotspring had to offer. For example, the fact that Oregon HotSpring supplies water care chemicals and supplies was not apparent to the majority of the site's visitors. Because of the poor navigability, a positive return on investment was not seen from the costly paid search campaign that Oregon had implemented.
what we did
Atomic solution. Atomic built a site that allowed for a vastly improved visitor experience which converted users into sales rather than dissatisfied customers. Atomic provided Oregon HotSpring with an updated Content Management System (CMS) that permitted them to easily update the content of the site. Oregon uses the CMS to alert customers of sales, new products and general company developments. The addition of an online E-Commerce store let customers purchase water care chemicals and supplies that were previously hidden from visitors of the website. The result? Oregon HotSpring has seen a dramatic increase in visitors to their new website, and as a result, increased sales.
